Every order is lovingly packed and posted from my studio here in North Yorkshire, using Royal Mail.

UK Shipping

Standard (2–4 business days)

  • Orders up to £4.50 – Free

  • £4.51 to £13.50 – £1.55

  • £13.51 and up – £2.50

Express (1–3 business days)

  • Orders up to £49.99 – £4.50

  • Orders £50.00 and over – Free

I aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of you placing them. During busier periods (like Christmas, Mother's Day or a launch week), it might take a touch longer - but I always do my best to keep things moving quickly.

Europe Shipping

Europe Standard (not tracked)

  • Orders up to £13.50 – £9.95

Europe Tracked

  • Orders £13.51 and over – £17.95

Please allow up to 17 business days for delivery depending on your location.

International Shipping

(including USA, Canada, Australia and more)

Standard International

  • Orders up to £13.50 – £17.95

  • Orders £13.51 and over – £29.95

Shipping times can vary, but typically take between 3–17 business days. Please note that some countries may experience longer delays due to customs or local postal services.

Any customs or import duties are your responsibility. If you decide to refuse your order due to customs fees and it’s returned to me, I’ll need to deduct £10 from your refund to cover restocking and processing.

Pre-orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, I’ll wait until everything is in stock to send it out together. If you'd prefer to receive the in-stock items sooner, just email sophie@dearyoupaperie.com and I can arrange that for you — there may be a small postage cost to cover the extra parcel.
