Returns & Exchanges
I hope you love your order, but if for any reason you’d like to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.
Exchanges
If you’d like to swap your item for something else, just drop me an email at sophie@dearyoupaperie.com and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can to arrange it.
Returns
To return an item for a refund, please follow the steps below:

Please include a note with your name, address, and order number inside the parcel. Without these details, I may not be able to process your return.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. I recommend using a tracked service, as I can’t be held responsible for items that go missing or get damaged in transit.

Once I receive your return, I’ll process your refund within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund within a week of hearing from me, please get in touch at sophie@dearyoupaperie.com.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please email me right away at sophie@dearyoupaperie.com, ideally including a photo of the issue. I’ll do my best to resolve it quickly - either by sending a replacement or arranging a refund if the item is no longer available.
