Returns Policy

I really hope you’re happy with your order. But if you’ve had a change of heart, you’re welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them - just drop me a note at sophie@dearyoupaperie.com before sending anything back. Unfortunately, I’m unable to accept returns that haven’t been logged with me first. 

As long as your item isn’t damaged, I’ll happily refund you in full. All returns must arrive in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Once received and checked, I’ll issue your refund. 

I recommend using a tracked postal service, as I’m unable to cover return postage costs or refund original shipping charges. 

Something not quite right? If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email me straight away so I can sort out a replacement for you. 

A few things we can’t take back Sadly, I’m not able to offer returns on personalised or custom orders or items bought in a sale. If you’re unsure, just get in touch - I’m always happy to help. 

I will get back to you as soon as possible to help with your return or replacement.
