UK Shipping

Standard Delivery
FREE for single card orders (2–5 working days). Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post.
£1.55 for 2–3 cards | £2.50 for 4+ cards

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. I kindly ask for your patience during busy times – if your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please get in touch and I’ll make it right.

Express Delivery

Need it sooner? Express tracked shipping from £4.50. Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) will be dispatched same day.

FREE tracked delivery on UK orders over £50.

International Shipping

Europe
Standard – From £9.95 (Please allow up to 3 weeks)
Tracked – £17.95 (Approx. 2–10 working days)
Please note, customs delays may apply.

Rest of World
Tracked – From £29.95 (Approx. 2–14 working days depending on location)

Standard international orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail, which sadly isn’t trackable.

  • For Europe, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, but please allow up to a month depending on your country’s postal service.
  • For the rest of the world, it’s typically 5–10 working days, but again, it can take up to a month depending on local services.

For peace of mind, I recommend choosing the tracked courier option for all overseas orders. This service uses a trusted courier depending on your location, is fully trackable, and usually arrives within 2–8 working days. You’ll find full details for your region in the shipping section above.

Please note, customers outside the UK may be charged import taxes, duties, or VAT upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch – I’m happy to help.

How long will my order take?

I aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them (Monday to Friday only). Once your order is on its way, I’m not able to change the shipping address, so please do take a moment to double-check all the details at checkout.

If you think your order may have gone missing, just drop me a note at sophie@dearyoupaperie.com with your name, order number, and full address, and I’ll look into it straight away. Please note, I can only track courier deliveries – Royal Mail standard post isn’t trackable.

What if I’m not home when it’s delivered?

Most of my orders are designed to slip through the letterbox, and standard delivery doesn’t require a signature. If your parcel is too big, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect it from your local depot.

If it’s not collected or redelivery isn’t arranged in time, the parcel will be returned to me, and I’ll need to charge for resending.
